Multi Mind Bemmaning AB, Stockholm, Looking for fluent English speaking customer support representative for their client. Work will start as soon as possible until March 2012, And also prior to extend the contract period.
Job Description:
- You will work for International clients, So you should be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
- Swedish is not required for this job, But if you know any other language it's good.
- You will be working in Voice based services.
- Make analysis of customer request by Information systems.
- You will work in multi cultural environment.
Other Qualifications:
- You should have University degree, preferably in networking or Telecommunications
- Experience in customer service for telecommunications.
- Fluent English both written and speaking.
