Are you English speaking Systems developer

- Be a part of Tacton Developer Project!

There is a large group of developers with a background from other parts of the world that would like to work in Sweden, many of them have studied in Sweden and are currently applying for jobs in Sweden. Tactons systems is a leading international software company in the areas of product configuration and sales configuration. Together with Ants and Paragona, Tacton is looking to hire five system developers. This project is an attempt to overcome these barriers and supply Swedish companies with much sought after skilled developers and English speaking developers with exciting career opportunities that they otherwise would not have been able to pursue.

We are offering:

  • A guaranteed job at Ants, working for Tacton, with advanced software development.

  • An intense crash course in professional Swedish and cultural and professional skills associated with software development in Sweden.
  • Opportunities for the candidates that do not finish top five.
The course is scheduled to start on the 20th of February and will take at least 8 weeks. The course is extremely demanding and with at least 36 scheduled hours a week and several hours of project work on top of that. To pass you will have to focus one hundred percent on the course.
  • Individual coaching and some lessons parallel to your work for Ants after the first 8 weeks. The preliminary plan is to start work at Tacton or at another of ant’s customers on the 2nd of May.

Who are you?

  • A skilled object oriented developer that wants to pursue a career in Sweden.
  • A software developer with at least 2-3 years of professional experience of software development.
  • You have probably taken a masters course at a Swedish university and would like to pursue a career in Sweden, alternatively you are currently working in Sweden but have discovered that your career would benefit from better skills in Swedish or possibly you are working in another country but have previous experiences from Sweden.
